The location was ideal, allowing me to explore the city with ease, with many attractions within a short walking distance. The efficient service and friendly staff stood out, always ready to assist with any requests. The complimentary wireless internet access was convenient, although I also appreciated the complimentary wired internet in the lobby.I found the availability of parking spaces beneficial for guests with their vehicles. The 24-hour front desk staff were attentive and multilingual, creating a welcoming atmosphere. While the hotel exuded a sense of history, some areas could benefit from renovations to enhance the overall experience. My stay was comfortable, and the hotel's mix of heritage and contemporary conveniences made for a pleasant visit to bustling Bangkok.
